This policy explains what personal information Pokari ("we", "us") collects when you use pokari-store.com, why we collect it, and your rights. We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your order.
What we collect
When you place an order or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (if you give one), delivery address, the products you order, your payment method, and any notes you add. We also record the IP address used to place the order, to help prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we never see or store your full card details. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, send order confirmations, payment details, shipping updates and tracking, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: Stripe for card payments, shipping carriers and postal services to deliver your parcel (your name, address and phone number), and our website and email hosting providers. Customs authorities may receive shipment information as required by law. Each of these companies handles your data under its own privacy policy.
International transfers
We are based in Japan, and your information is processed in Japan and by our providers, who may store it in other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
Cookies
Our website uses two small essential cookies: one keeps your cart while you shop, and one remembers the currency you chose. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, normally up to 7 years. Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email support@pokari-store.com.
Security
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to order information is restricted to authorised staff.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
