Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed on pokari-store.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Pokari ("we", "us") sells trading card products from Japan to customers worldwide.
Products
We sell genuine trading card products. Sealed products are sold factory-sealed. Product photos are for illustration; packaging can vary slightly between print runs. Single cards are sold in the condition described on their product page.
Prices and minimum orders
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate, and you are always charged in USD. Many products have a minimum order quantity and are sold in fixed multiples, and the unit price falls as the quantity rises, as shown on each product page. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed when you place your order is the price you pay.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund of anything you have paid, if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in a price or description, or if we suspect fraud. We may limit quantities per customer.
Payment
You can pay by card through our payment provider Stripe, by cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT or XRP), or by bank transfer for the UK and Europe. For crypto and bank transfer, we send the payment details to your email or phone after you order. Unpaid orders are held for a limited time and then cancelled automatically, and the stock is released.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from Japan with tracking, at the shipping rate shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will always help you trace a parcel. You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address.
Pre-orders
Pre-order products are reserved for you and ship when they are released. Release dates are set by the publisher and can change. If our allocation is reduced, we may fill pre-orders in order of purchase and refund anything we cannot supply.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Trademarks
Pokari is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Bandai or Shueisha. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or resale value. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
